WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
I've booked a taxi months ago to avoid stress during my holiday.
Everything was good From the airport to the hotel but from the hotel to the airport it was a real nightmare.
We had the appointment at 5:15PM.
At 5:25, no taxi driver. Nor the driver or suntranfer called me so I had to call them and of course pay for it :)
"Customer service" told me that they would call the driver and call me back after.
5:34, no taxi driver and no call from the "customer service" so I had to call you back and so pay for this useless communication.
They told me that there was a problem with my reservation. Strange because I received a confirmation by email the day of departure. And everything was good for the first transfer...
No one could give me the reason of cancellation. No one could arrange a new taxi for me. The hotel arrange a a taxi in less than 10 minutes but I had to pay for a new taxi and also the phone calls. (20Euros for the phone call to you and another extra 36 euros for the taxi)
I have lost a lot of time and money due to your incompentent service.
I have paid for a service that I never received. It's the first and last time that I use your poor company.
It's not normal that we have to contact you when there an issue with your driver and that you have the nerve to ask us to arrange our taxi. You are a taxi company and we pay you to arrange a taxi.
I know you will write that you are sorry and that I can write a claim.
I will write everywhere where I can how disappointed I'm and I will write a claim soon for sure.
For the future clients, please have a look at the bad comments on tripadvisor. You will thank me later.
