Safestyle were supposed to fit my door on Sat 22/9 but failed to turn up. I rang them and was told the fitter was on his way and would be with me within the hour.Nobody turned up ao i rang again and was then told that they did not understand what had happened to the fitter.I was put on hold but then it cut off, at this stage i was fuming i trust calling back but had no luck, i then received a call saying the driver had to turn back due to his pregnant wife being taken poorly !
I asked why i was not contacted straight away and was told i don't know ! There was no further contact until early Monday morning and the door was fitted that day 24/9 two days late. I have emailed (no reply) called several times to be told i would receive a call back(never hot one) so i wrote a letter & i still have not received any contact from Safestyle.
I find this disgusting and think it is a terrible way to treat a customer. I have fully paid for the door in good faith but feel very let down.They still have made no contact !
