I was recommended to Serena Bridal by my friend who got her dress here and I am so glad she told me about it. Appointments do have to be made as it is completely private with only one bride at a time and only the people you take. This was great for me as I was really self conscious and didn't want to be in a busy shop with lots of other brides. The dressses start at £400 and the dearest one is £750. There are also beautiful tiaras and veils but what is great is the fact that the owner who does most of the appointments is really friendly and never tries to push anything. She's also really knowledgable about all things wedding as she used to be a professional wedding planner so she passes on lots of tips and gives plenty of free advice! I felt so relaxed at my appointments and got a stunning designer dress for £200 less than another shop!! The website is www.serenabridal.co.uk
