Absolutely appalling service. Item received (eventually) is not item ordered. Phone number on website either doesn't work or they ignore ringing telephone. Customer service skills severely lacking. Will never deal with them again and sincerely urge others not to bother unless you enjoy dealing with shoddy operators. You would get better service off the back of a lorry behind a pub! If they had even let me know the product I wanted wasn't available that would be something, but to wait quite a lengthy period of time for it to be delievered and then to be the wrong item, with no apology or explanation, is disgusting. The item they subsituted is not even listed on their site! Very dodgy indeed.
