Came across this when looking for something to glue plastic anti-burglar strips to the top of a brick wall. As they are made of polypropylene, nothing will stick to them- but this stuff does. Also used it to glue the (life-size) hand back onto a concrete statue in the garden !!!
Comes in standard mastic-type tube and size, so you'll need a mastic gun. Is also available in solvent-free form (but if you're sticking plastic the original solvent-based version is best).
Can be used instead of "no-nails", grips instantly but still gives a few seconds of manoeuver time, and is strong beyond belief.
And it's cheap- varies, but around £2- £3 a tube. Only drawback- can't be used where it would be permanently under/immersed in water, but is otherwise weatherproof. Marvellous stuff.
