“Bargain holidays helpful staff”

I booked an all inclusive holiday to tenerife and the website is easy to navigate.
Then an advisor contacted me via email and telephone to discuss my order as accomodation price had changed it was still cheap. She was very helpful and answered my questions and sorted out my hold baggage when she booked the flights rather than me having to incure an even bigger charge by booking it in with the airline after tickets had been sent.
Good experience with customer services and website thanks
