“Don’t be put off by it being online-customer service...”

At first we were unsure whether to buy online, so we had our doubts.
I emailed enquiring about the ring I liked and received a response back quickly and I felt reassured already.
We didn’t get the size right first time but the person I dealt with was quick to email when I said I needed to exchange and so this was sorted quickly. I then realised that I didn’t love the ring as much as I should- so he helped find a ring that suited what I asked for.
I was a difficult customer! but this didn’t seem to phase him!
