“TransferMate all the way for excellent service”

I needed to transfer quite a large sum to a beneficiary in the UK. Using credit cards or debit cards was proving too costly. 2.25% cross border charge on credit card...!! Forget it...!


I started the process of registering with TransferMate this week and funds were lodged into beneficiary's account yesterday evening..! I received a call this morning from client saying... 'Success'

Both the TransferMate agents I dealt with, or I should say guided me through the process were most helpful and patient plus polite and professional at all times.

I completed most of the setup online, so there are quite a few security checks and forwarding certain documents to get the first transaction completed. I sent the agents lots of emails to which all were responded to almost immediately. But remember, they are also only a phone call away also.


The cost of the transaction was a fraction of the price compared with debit or credit card. I look forward to using TransferMate services again and can whole heartly and unreservedly recommend them. Thank you...
