“STOLEN Bike replacement”

I elected to get my stolen Specialised cirrus Sport replaced with exactly the same bike. Although green was advertised there was no green bike available.
I chose the less conspicuous black/chrome. A two-day delivery was the promise. 5 days after ordering I get an email telling me it will be delivered in 4 days time. I had planned my work schedule around the two days in order to be here for the delivery. Luckily my wife will be here working from home on the now scheduled delivery date. What happens if no one is at home on the delivery date. Do I collect it from the local PO? I think not, probably some inconvenient warehouse miles from my house. My point is why don't Wheelies contact the recipient and arrange a mutually convenient date. 8am-6pm on a day is not really helpful either. I find this arrangement is really disappointing.
Finally, the 2-day delivery is junk. DON'T PROMISE WHAT YOU CAN'T DELIVER.
