“Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish”

The customer service given by all the staff at Highbridge Somerset is exemplary. From first contact on the phone through to questions post sale, every member of the team had more than enough time for us.

Nothing was too much trouble and as a customer you felt valued and listened too. We were not pressured into any sale or to any particular type of caravan. Excellent service from the sales team.

A brilliant range of caravans from brand new to very old but all very well priced and looked after. Hand over was brilliant, not rushed or pressured and shown everything we needed to. The caravan was presented to us in an immaculate condition and unrecognisable as second hand.

The administration at the end was smooth, easy and helpful.

Clearly all the staff enjoy working at Higbridge and it was well worth the 2 hr drive each way to view the caravans and then ultimately purchase.
