“Fantastic Service, good value”

We got quotes from three double glazing firms (West Yorks Windows, Coral and, much to our regret, SafeStyle). Coral had the most expensive quote, marginally, but we felt the quality was the best of the three and we liked the window profiles. I have to say of the three 'sales people' we saw we cannot fault the guy from Coral or the rep from West Yorks Windows but please avoid SafeStyle it was just awkward to get the guy to leave and we resulted in having to be a bit rude to him. I can't praise the man from Coral enough, really helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he explained everything. when it came to fitting we felt that the job could have been completed in one day, in fact the fitter who came the second day was a bit confused about the amount of installation done on day 1. Minor gripe aside the fitting was expertly done, nice and clean and tidy. Where I think Coral do excel is in their aftercare. A review was carried out after installation and various issues were identified, some minor others more significant and they were 'owned' by Coral all the way to resolution. Some months after instal and our composite door was bowing and they replaced the whole unit without hassle. Couldn't recommend them enough.
