Ordered bathroom accessories from soak.com and unfortunately a delivery was scheduled via DX. An SMS message was sent via DX on the morning of the delivery date. However the order didn't arrive. Called the company and after several minutes of putting me on hold, the customer service adviser informs me that the item wasn't received and that I should contact the company! The customer service agents seem to have little information about the items or what in on their delivery schedule and are also poorly trained!
Its clear that an SMS message doesn't guarantee delivery!!!
