“Great customer service”

We used Torc 24 for our recent property purchase. The process and timeline of applying for a mortgage was clearly outlined and we were given regular updates throughout. As first time buyers we had lots of questions and Torc 24 always answered them promptly and honestly.

Torc 24 seem to understand that buying a property can be a daunting and stressful process! Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff members we liaised with were incredibly helpful and polite.

I would definitely use Torc 24 in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Thank you for making the process of finding, and applying for, our first mortgage as easy and stress free as it could be!
