TOUR MANAGER

I booked my parents holiday who came from india and uncle/aunt holiday with star tours invoiced attached for your reference. We all were excited for there holiday as they have worked hard all there life. We had full faith in your company due to your business runs as family.

I would like to give full feedback as well as complaint for entire trip. My parents are diabetic and need regular toilet due to health condition to be surprise your tour manager make them suffer by not letting them use toilet on the coach often by saying water will finish quick. As a result they suffered with there health my question is even after paying for tour it is your responsibilities to make sure everything is in order and it is enough for the trip it is not our problem. So everything you are claiming below it is just words, none of those you are fulfilling or even considering for your guest and your company's theme is how to make money only, guests happiness or comfort doesn't exist in star tours.

Travelling with experts is just an imagination, this person is your worse tour manager with no human values treats people like animals. As mentioned earlier my parents are in early 60's and can't keep-up with younger generation he was making them run and rushing not even considering they are old and need some extra time. Every places he was giving time frame which was unrealistic. Can you explain what kind of fun or enjoyment was for them with your expert as you claiming below.

Lastly it was completely waste of money as well as torture for my parents on that trip. It is awful to see company runs by family and claiming all things like above but reality is completely different. Star tour is worse company to travel with and will express my views with family/friends and social media. I did sent message via twitter but until now there is no reply so customer service does not exist in star tour.

I would like to request last thing to send me some constructive reply as well as I would appreciate if you pass this message to the tour manager this message and also would like to book 8 adults and 3 kids tour where he will be tour manager just for our own fun.
