“Friendly, patient, responsive”

It was a good sign when I got an almost immediate response to my initial enquiry; from then on every question I went back with was answered quickly and fully. We ended up booking for us and our friends with lots of extras, simply because our initial interest was secured hour by hour as we got all the right answers to our questions. Many date variations later, and many options considered, we were ready to book. As I was doing this as we were travelling (to France) whilst trying to coordinate with friends in a different place, we eventually ended up sorting out payment and final details as we disappeared down the eurotunnel! However, even though it was way past working hours, the agent remained patient and eager to help at every stage. Efficiency with relaxed and friendly approach. First rate. Let’s hope the cruise is as good!
