Personally I wouldn't be influenced by the bad reviews below, in this day and age people are generally much more likely to complain about something than to sing its praises! I have booked 6 seperate holidays with beach collection over the last year and a half with absolutely no problem. That includes a holiday to Tenerife in the midst of the recent "ash crisis" AND a gold trail flight Turkey booking. Sure we had to pay a little extra to rearrange our flights but that is not down to beach collection - it is down to greedy airlines capitalising on the respective situations. The service I have received has always been spot on. Yes you have to wait for your tickets but they have ALWAYS arrived for us about 7 days before travel. Yes sometimes you have to pay a little more than the price you are given on the site but as someone who has held a position at a major airline for 25 years I can promise you that is because airlines literally change their prices on an hourly basis to scrape every last penny out of their passengers! AND you will still save anywhere from 15 to 50 percent by using beach collection over any "major" travel agency.
