We went to the store on Saturday and purchased two stage 1 seats, the Kiddy InfinityPro. We had researched it prior to attending the store. We arrived at the store in the afternoon and it was fairly busy but not manic. We were really impressed by the service which was amazing! The chap who served us was excelent and knew all about the product, he came out to our car to fit it for us to show us how it worked. He made us feel like we were the only customers in the place! It was customer service at its very best! They made a stressful decision easy!!!!
