Good Points
Very easy to use.
Works fantastically on small files.

Bad Points
Uses lots of system memory
Has to be the only program running or it crashes.

General Comments
I have had this product on my Dell Inspiron 6400 for a while now and I have found it very useful for single movies or other small files but if you try and add more than one movie then my computer crashes. It is a good program considering it came free with my laptop but can cause major problem as it takes a long time to work and even longer to erase a half completed, unformatted disc.
