The servie worked well, and within the advertised time frame (Just!) but it has been a very expensive exercise. £39 pounds for a manual unlock program which did not work, then the option to upgrade to a factory unlock for a further £41 which worked and worked well, but £80 in total for unlock? Very Very Expensive
