“Poor product and appalling warranty service”

Unit not working properly (selecting Central for ITV and London for BBC when the postcode is Hampshire - 100 miles from Central and 40 from London). Also a few glitches with unit freezing and quality of remote control is poor with "clicky" keys. Expect I'll end up getting a replacement controller.

Did hours of reconfiguration with Tech Support then spent a week communicating by email to sort out a replacement. Nothing happened for 10 days more so called Customer Service and spent 45mins on hold. When I finally got through, a replacement was arranged quickly but not a good start after switching from Sky.....
