I’ve never left a review about anything before but this is one time I feel I must warn people about GOLDCAR!
If you book car hire through a company like DOYOUSPAIN please check who you are actually hirng the car from.
I’ve had exactly the same terrible service from GOLDCAR as every other person who’s left a review.
They are alleging damage to cars then taking unauthorised money from peoples accounts and giving no explanation then refusing to refund it.
I really wish I’d checked the reviews beforehand & who the actual car hire company was-I will never use this company again.
Please don’t make the same mistake I did. If I could put on a minus review it would still be too good!!
