I booked a boiler service with them and after 3 appointments with me waiting in for hours have given up and gone elsewhere.
No apologies from them.
Take my advice and avoid.

They wasted two days of my annual leave and once had me in between 16:00 - 22:00 only not to show up.
I think that last one was just a joke to wind me up.
