“Unauthorised charges”

I hired a car from Castellon airport, explained clearly "I do not require insurance waiver as I have my own" within two weeks of our return to the UK £177 was withdraw from my credit card.
I have taken out a dispute with the bank but still waiting to hear.
The same for their agent Carflexi who withdraw an extra £54 for the same hire.

The car was clean before and after had no damage with a full tank of fuel.

I took many pictures of the car including registration plate and mileage so hopefully will receive a refund.
As of 22/08/18 still waiting for a reply.
