My step father was killed in a motorcycle accident and I had to make the claim on his behalf, turns out not an easy thing to sort.
But the person I dealt with was superb, he really went the extra mile and in doing so made such a huge difference to me and my family. He was always quick to reply and helpful even when things didn’t go right (all the documents sent off got lost in the post), he was a star. He is a credit to this company.
The only real let down for MCE was the call handlers when you first get through. They were unwilling to put you through to your claims handler and appeared to not understand English at all. One of them laughed down the phone to me when I explained I didn’t have all the policy holders details because he was dead. They came close to ruining my entire experience with the company.
Overall though a very good experience thanks to the person I dealt with.
