“Time management and better service required”

After 2 different installations at a rather large cost to us I would have anticipated with the reputation Anglian have so are sold to have the products and services would be second to none
I have to say the gutters are friendly and good guys well the 3 I had were they were pleasant and worked hard
The issues I have is due to poor stock they were delayed on both days one till 11am and the second day till 12:30 with a large job these start times easy valuable time meaning on day 2 the poor fitters didn’t finish till 11pm if their stock and items for the jobs were sorted earlier then an early start time would have benefitted all
Day 1 installation left us with a damaged door nothing to do with the fitter it was from manufacture and he report it as such I was advised once I made payment someone would call me on Tuesday didn’t happen we are now Thursday and still no one has called me back
Installation day 2 heavy rain in the night meant the external cement work done has now folded and needs to be redone this is to no failing from the fitters in my eyes but due to them not able to start till late in the day meaning they working into the night and then the rain hit when it was still wet
Personally I think the fitters lead the score for Anglian they really are underestimated they work so hard but from higher up it seems it’s all about the money and not the workforce of customers
