Driver left myself and a 8 year old child at the wrong airport in north Africa- 100km from the airport we should have been at. Missed our flight, the only one back to Birmingham that WEEK and had to obtain a new flight to London, trains and all manner of nonsense to get us home. Suntransfers are refusing to give any of the costs incurred back. It took me to negotiate with 5 taxi drivers who did not speak English to get myself and my child to safety. As there is a closed currency in Tunisia, I had no cash. Several times i was roughly taken from the taxi and my daughter left in the backseat while they took my card from me and tried to take money from my account but machines would not allow such a large withdrawal. I was genuinely scared for our lives.
Worst customer service I've ever encountered since this happened, and no a single penny of money returned to me
