“Passed first time ”

I was having real trouble finding an instructor with availability in my area, and so decided to try one of the 'big boys' - BSM. I'm really glad I did.
I was allocated an instructor who I can't recommend enough.
Patient, kind and extremely encouraging, he was also always early to our appointments and was happy to give me that time in instruction.
He always gave a clear explanation for the techniques he was teaching, and the benefits of learning them. This was particularly apparent in steering technique and clutch control. The Peugeot 208 that he used for instruction was a lovely car to drive. And his quiet, reassuring manner gave me a great deal of confidence.
Huge thanks to him and all the people I had contact with at BSM, who were professional and courteous at all times.
