“Rentalcars insurance sold, but not accepted at the rental”

After making a Rentalcars reservation with "full insurance" in Barcelona for a Goldcar vehicle I have checked the details with Goldcar locally. They said they simply do not accept the insurance from Rentalcars, I have to buy the full insurance of Goldcar. I had spent time and money for this useless insurance with Rentalcars, then spend time for asking payback and I am far from being sure that my money will be refunded. :(
