Good-
minibus to off airport office
Short wait
Efficient reception with no queue

Not so good

Vehicle supplied had a faulty dim front light, and there was no water in the screen washer, both of which indicate a lack of serving attention between hires.
The Ford Focus 1.4 petrol had poor performance in view of the mileage on the clock, and this again could be due to lack of maintenance.
I have never before had to use 1st gear as much on fairly mild inclines.

The vehicle showed signs of a very hard life for its mileage and a newer vehicle should have been provided, especially as the reservation was made many months in advance.
