“Worst Service, dont even know the route”

We went to bournemouth beach, The driver was going in wrong direction both time when reaching durdle door as well as bournemouth. In spite of having GPS and he wasted more than 1.5 hours in total. we were not compensated for that lost time, and were demanded to be back sharp at 6 pm. They spend time to swap driver in some place, but no time was given for us to spend time on destination. coach started smell after a few hours, as no water was coming in in-coach toilet. The journey was waste and mostly on the coach and very little time to spend on beach. Kids were disappointed.
