“Flowers Not Delivered and Not Contacted”

Horrible! I called the day before the delivery and was told no worries, they would be delivered. I called twice more the next day, as I hadn't heard anything, and was told, no worries they deliver until 6:30. I called one more time to find out they wouldn't be delivered. I had to call them to find out, and they really didn't care! Ordering flowers in the future, will go directly through the florist.
