Criminal!
I ordered my camera in January 2010 for a holiday in March 2010. I waited and waited. A month before my holiday I emailed to see where my camera was, it was around this time I started to read reviews about this company. I had a serious sense of foreboding. 2 weeks before my holiday I decided I could no longer wait and ordered the camera with Amazon. I requested a refund for the camera as it still hadn't been delivered. I was told a refund would take 10 working days, I was happy with this. A month later I was still waiting for my refund. Following numerous chasing emails I was informed that they were not able to provide me with a refund and that I should contact my credit card company to see if I could get my money back that way. No Camera! No refund! Criminal!
