I had the misfortune to come into contact with this company via my house insurance as my previous bike was stolen. I chose the bike I wanted

(Giant TCX 2 2011 £795) from their web site and was given a delivery date. This date was broken 3 times. Eventually when the bike turned up, it came without pedals, and when I complained about this fact, I was told it did not come with pedals, though nothing was mentioned or hinted at on the web site.

The customer service was awful, I had to phone the company with regards to status updates, and when I asked to speak to a manager all I got was an apethetic person devoid of, well just devoid of everything.
