“Rude & insensitive driver & tour manager”

We were on the European highlights 7 day tour & the experience has been awful to say the least. The driver & tour manager ensured that this was one of the worst trips. Will never ever travel with Star Tours. We had senior citizens in our party with mobility issues. The tour manager & driver were rude & insulting & wouldn't feel ashamed to make fun of them.
