“Poor, Rude, Basic”

Having a Bike stolen is stressful enough but then dealing with wheelies didn't help.

Firstly it's bad enough that AA insurance sell you out to these companies to deal with your validation and replacements.
Secondly I don't really want a Bike I hav'nt seen, sat on or tried out.
Thirdly after checking with wheelies that the model was in stock and paying my excess I went back to wheelies and it was not only out of stock but no longer available !!!
The customer service/attitude on the phone was basic if not rude. I went back to the validation service and they were great, apologised and gave me a higher valuation but again in the form of a voucher for wheelies !!!
So, Wheelies are dishonest & rude to a customer and they end up selling him a more valuable model - you might think this was a business plan.

On a plus the replacement is good but I don't think as good as the stolen model although 50% more expensive.
