“No communication or aftercare ”

I made an order on 17th July, it was dispatched on 18th via 2nd class post. 8 days later and I’ve not received it. I’ve attrmpted to call, email and leave a message on their FB without response. They didn’t provide a tracking number so I can’t even check the status of my package.
I don’t live in the UK and return home soon without my 60GBP worth of items. I will be contacting Consumer Rights.
Avoid using this company. I ordered some other vegan/organic items via Holland and Barrett online and it arrived free of charge the next day. Annoyingly they were out of stock of the mascara I ordered through this company- really wish I’d waited.
