I cannot understand where Coachman get their reputation from!

Our first caravan, a brand new 2008 VIP 535/4, new blinds, new front central window, condensation and therfore a new front inner wall lining. Poorly made cabinet door which lets water penatrate and therfore blows the MDF. Did I mention the silver comming off the mirror after 2 years. Not it's not worth it because you only get 1 years warranty. I even had to move the alarm aerial as it can cause problems, according to Phantom.

Water in the rear light cluster. Inner panel seams which regularly need flattening out...oh these are covered for 3 years but the 190 mile round trip to get them done means they can wait til the next service.



Bitter you bet I am, all the work is judged without a Coachman employee seeing the problems and they don't even take notice of their recommended service agent...........I hope you don't get the service we've had.
