Being a concept store, whilst the prices are pretty much fixed at RRP, unless there's a sale on, where else are you going to get to road test a Specialized Roubaix Pro in 3 sizes before you buy it? Store has access to special reserved stock too, so you can go there to get hard to find bits. They had a Specialized Shiv in the window last time I visited!
Being an official store, they also get word of sale items before other stores do. Got my girfriend a last years Ruby S-Works for less than I paid for my Roubaix Pro! And yes I still am jealous.
Also got my road shoes there. They had all models in all sizes, so I got to try all types I wanted and came away knowing I had the shoes I wanted in the best fitting size. They also had all the footbed options.
On the flip side, they only really sell Specialized and a select few other brands such as Topeak, Rotor and Camelbak. But if it is a Specialized product you want, it is definitely worth paying them a visit.
Gave 4 stars for layout and value because store is quite spaced out, so they could get even more stock in if they wanted. And yes, you can buy slighly cheaper online. But then you can't try stuff out. So you have to make a choice!
