“I ordered a whole lot of items which I had to order...”

I ordered a whole lot of items which I had to order speedily as some of them were on sale. Despite spending a decent amount and receiving a confirmation of my order, two days later I received an email to say they had cancelled my order. They never contacted me to resolve this at the time, letting a full 2 days go by to inform me of this and now the items I want on the site are sold out. Phoned their customer service line to be informed the customer service line was open between certain times. Frustrating, as I was phoning during the opening hours of the line. No connection to anyone, the call then bleeped off. Furious. I only give this Zara Home online a one star rating as this review will not let me leave a no star rating which is what it deserves.
