Ordered from their webiste. Got the sales call from Harry that other reviews on line talk about. Tried to downgrade my system with cheaper/lower spec due to "out of stock" problems. PC is good, arrived within 2 days BUT 1 x 4GB RAM not the 2X2 GB RAM advertised, nor with the extra ordered software (told no longer available was website error) or the internal Card reader. Came with external card reader, and was told cost of software not supplied was already refunded. Have yet to confirm this is the case. All in all general web reviews seem to be accurate, and you need to be cautious and check everything. My p.c had some internal wiring that was catching on fans causing noise/wear but that was easily solved. Am happy with the P.C but overall, Palimcomp have some distance to go to reassure buyers they will get what they order. PC 10 out of 10. Confidence in Palimcomp 6 out of 10.
