I purchased a Freeloader Globetrotter Kit in Pink for my wife from Energy Connect UK. The item arrived in 2 days as expected. I had had the product for a few weeks when I went to use the Supercharger Panel and I couldn't get it to work. I connected Energy Connect via phone, they went through the problem with me and determined the product should be returned, they asked me to return the product with a brief explaination of the issue (they provided a freepost label via email) and the product was swapped out within two weeks with a follow up call from a Manager to check that I was happy with the replacement product. Excellent service I will use this site again and would recommend it to all.
