I read the reviews on here only after I had sent my phone off and was gutted! I had previously used fonebank and always had a positive experience. I had not received a cheque 16 days after selloldphone had emailed me confirmation of receiving my phone (supposed to take 10 days max). Anyway, i had a bad feeling so asked them to contact me asap or send my cheque or i would be reporting them to trading standards...low and behold the next day they emailed me to say cheque should be with me soon. It arrived today, 12 days late and £16 less than they promised. They said the screen did not work (totally untrue!) and deducted money for no charger - i did not even know i had to send one!! DO NOT USE THEM...USE FONEBANK!!!
