Anglian are top drawer and there is nothing in their service which takes away from this. But the installation pushes it down.
So, mine was a difficult case bc having agreed the specs in January I needed my freeholder's permission to go ahead. It was then that a legal dispute erupted and to their credit Anglian just stood back and waited.
When the legalities were completed I let Anglian know and quick as they could my windows were put in to manufacture and an installation date agreed. The 6 month+ delay was all at my end.
Then the installers arrived and I wasn't so happy. They were efficient and polite which was great. They also put a dust sheet over my bed but when they left I still found brick dust on my bed. Then a few days later I discovered "filling foam" down the side of some furniture next to a window.
Worst of all they decided, without asking, to turn off my storage heaters. It takes about three days to get them fully fired up which is why I had them on (yes, even in this heatwave!). This was jyst unforgivable.
So 5/5 for everything up to the installation, but 3/5 overall.
