“Good quality”

Excellent products and no problem there.
However on a green basis Oak Furnitureland needs to sort its act out.
It arrived in huge amounts of packaging that took forever to take off and at the same time it said if the packaging is ripped it cannot be returned.
It took me forever to get rid of the packaging before I even knew if there was a problem. This is crazy.
Sorry you have this all wrong and need to review this.
Other companies give you an option and even take it away themselves.
