“Don't Bother Enrolling!”

Stonebridge College, Bude, Cornwall, is deceptive. Apart from poor quality materials and zero customer care, the tutor does not respond to messages. I paid upfront and regretted it almost immediately. I tried to cancel the next morning and was given the run-around. Eventually, I was informed that I was outside the cancellation date and there was nothing they could do but postpone it for me until a later date or I could choose another course at that price.

I called in to speak to someone, as I cancel the very next morning. I was rudely told that my first few letters were probably lost as I sent them first-class so they have no record of them. They will only accept recorded post.
I will never let anyone, I know, enrol with Stonebridge.
