I ordered a phone from mobiles.co.uk online. Phone arrived 2 days later not next day as expected and advertised. Phone fine but sim not provisioned. First phone call it was explained that I would have to wait 24 to 48 hrs for connection - strike 1. Waited 48hrs only to be told that the connection had failed and would have to wait 5 working days for the problem to be resolved but it could be sooner - strike 2. Phoned after 4 days and told in no uncertain terms that I would have to wait for the full 5 days for it to be resolved. Duly waited for the 5 working days and really irritated when told I would have to wait until midnight of the 5th working day before a refund and reorder would be initiated - strike 3!! No contact from technical staff to reassure that this matter was being dealt with, meanwhile I am still being billed for my old phone and the new
