i will never again get ticket from asap. the agent assured be (basco was the name) that i will have no issues for layover in japan for 2 days, just make sure that before checking in to inform the rep. in checking in which i did.unfortunately they confirmed with me that they cannot hold my baggages for 2 days that i have to chekc it pout. to make the long story short the representative was right. when i came back to us, i again contancted the aent and he told me this time that airlines cannot hold baggaes longer than 8 hours. i challenged the agent basco, that since all calls are recoreded that's not he told me. in short i was triocked. i was aking for refund for all my added expenses because of that and they just told me that discounted will be given next time i will book with asap. just be careful and would asked confirmation in black and white. i trsuted basco but can never trust this guys .
