“Terrible experience with DoYouSpain”

I had the worst experience ever with this company. I ordered a car rental and paid for the booking online. When I came with the voucher which I got via email to AVIS, the staff there told me, that they don't have anything in common with DoYouSpain and that I have to pay (again) for the car, so I did and hoped, that everything will be sorted out later.
Later (05/05/2018) I wrote an email to DoYouSpain on their email, I have got a couple of phlegmatic and lax replies, so I have to be really proactive and despite that, I didn't get any suggestion for the solution by now (09/07/2018).
On this basis, I really have to discourage you to use this service.
