I bought ticets from Euroteam, they promised to deliver them to my home but this never happened. I talked to them again and again on the phone but was constantly lied to. Even an hour before the concert they still pretendted they had the tickets. After promising to refund the money they have refused to - have started credit card fraud proceedings. They try to confuse the issue by forcing you to confirm you are buying for a company to get in the way of consumer protection laws. There are better ways to get sold out tickets.
