“I did the weight to go programme in june last year...”

I did the weight to go programme in june last year after trying everything else, surgery was my next option if this didnt work. It did I lost 3stone and dropped 3+ dress sizes by December. Its a great variety of food easy to prepare and filling. Would recommend it and have to anyone that asks how i did it.I maintained the weight for a while. And Im now going for more, One more stone I think ;-)
